Accra Med Software Inc. offers Free 60-day trial versions of its software
for customers to have adequate opportunity to assess the value of the
products prior to purchase.
Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software can be
duplicated. Once a purchase has been done, it is unfortunately not
possible for us to recall all copies. Therefore, Accra Med Software Inc. does
not accept product returns or exchanges.
We do not offer refunds or exchange on software. Upon purchase, all
sales are final. In the event that your software is delivered on
damaged or defective media or that you are unable to download the
software, ACCRA Med Software Inc. will send replacement media. If
you did not receive your product or were unable to download it, please contact us immediately at
support@filopto.com
