This Filopto update version 10.0.22042.3166 includes 5 new features, 10 improvements and 4 bug fixes. Update now to benefit from the latest changes.

5 New Features
  • 5561        PaperFree for Vendors – expanded PaperFree module to the Inventory\Vendor module for tracking vendor documents.
  • 5562        Task Manager: Ability to Print Task Notes
  • 5582        Patient File: New status of Deceased, that automatically cancel future appointments and automatically remove future recalls when chosen
  • 5583        Patient File: When selecting the status Non-Active, the status now automatically cancel future appointments and automatically remove future recalls
  • 5585        EMR: Diagnostics: New ability to copy a Non-Active/Resolved Diagnostic and make the copy Active
10 Improvements
  • 4968        Patient Payment: Improved how credit memos are applied as a payment, to make it less confusing for new users
  • 4970        Appointment:  Filopto now verify Appointment times versus Office Hours, and ask confirmation from the user if the selected appointment time is not within office hours, this should reduce possibility of scheduling appointments in non-office hours time slots.
  • 4985        Patient Banner – Add Patient Next Visit and Next Recall date to the patient banner           
  • 5013        EMR: Exam for what eye is now automatically linked to HPI location, reduce doctor requirements for imputing the info twice in the EMR.           
  • 5053        EMR: Anterior and Posterior Segments Images: Added new fields to specify which eye image is displayed and added new type/category of image for easier usage

  • 5586        EMR: Visual Acuity: Rename the field pH to Pinhole Size (clarification of abbreviation)                
  • 5587        EMR: Visual Acuity: Add a new field for the Pinhole Measurement                                   
  • 5584        EMR: Diagnostic: Expand by default all the groupings in the list (Active, Non-Active and Resolved)
  • 5577        License Manager: List of workstations (grid) was blank (not automatically displayed, required the user to click in grid) hindering the ability to easily add/remove a workstation from the authorization list

  •  5541        EAccessViolation: Access violation at address 50A4DFAC in module ‘vcl230.bpl’. Read of address 00000050. 
  • 5547        EInvalidPointer: Invalid pointer operation.          
  • 5557        EDatabaseError: IBOOffices: Field ‘PATIENTNO’ not found.       
  • 5559        Appointment Scheduler Form: In certain circumstances, the Filopto patient scheduler can freezes when auto creating a new patient web appointment from the Web Appointment service request module if the patient has an active alerts on record. Does not affect web user appointment request, only the auto creation in the scheduler. Manual web appointment confirmation/creation is not affected.
