Filopto provides simple and comprehensive support options. Your first option is the Help File located in the Help menu. You can also use the function key F1 to quickly access it. 
The Help file is designed to makes it easy to find the solution to your question. Grouped by topic (1) and with it’s easy to use search capabilities (2) it is simple to find the answer to your question. You can also search alphabetically (3) to find your subject matter.Â
In addition to the Help File Filopto incorporates a Live Help button that provides our technicians the with the ability to support you directly on your workstation. Â Your telephone call to our support team will initiate your support session.
Located in the Home Tab the Live Support buttons make is easy to connect your workstations with our support group. It will direct you to our support web site to download the support connector.
Once downloaded, run the connector software and follow the wizard to make your connection.
Our support team is now ready to help you and can directly assist and show you the answer to your question.
